Applied IAM

IAM staffing, vetted by engineers who do the work

Scale your identity and access management workstreams with pre-vetted engineers, architects and analysts: IAM recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placement. From PAM and IGA to SSO and directory services, every candidate is screened with real scenarios on the platform they would be placed on — by engineers who deliver IAM, not generalist recruiters — and ready to contribute on day one.

The process

How a brief becomes a vetted shortlist

Looking for a role rather than a hire? See careers.

01

Talent pool

Engineers, architects and analysts across PAM, IGA and access, matched to your stack.

02

Role and tool screen

Matched to SailPoint, CyberArk, Keeper or Entra labs.

03

Practitioner vetting

Hands-on labs and scenario interviews, run by engineers who deliver IAM.

04

Your shortlist

Vetted candidates, ready on day one. Five to ten business days from brief to shortlist.

The difference

Why a generalist recruiter cannot screen for this

Most IAM staffing comes from recruiters who screen against a keyword list. They cannot tell a strong SailPoint engineer from a résumé that says SailPoint, because they have never opened SailPoint. We can, because we deliver it. Every candidate on a shortlist has been put in front of the platform they will be placed on and asked to do something real with it.

A generalist recruiter screening against a keyword list.

  • Cannot tell a strong SailPoint engineer from a résumé that simply says SailPoint
  • Screened by recruiters matching keywords, not by practitioners
  • You sift résumés to find the qualified ones
Practitioner vettingApplied IAM

Hands-on labs and scenario interviews, run by engineers who deliver IAM.

  • Mapped to SailPoint, CyberArk and Keeper — OIDC/SAML/SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, JML, SoD
  • Pre-vetted shortlists in 5–10 business days for critical roles
  • Certifications and clearances when needed

We are an IAM delivery firm that also staffs — the people screening candidates do the work themselves.

Which is it?

Staffing, or a program?

Staffing is the faster route when the gap is capacity: you have the program and you need hands. If the gap is the program itself, that is PAM implementation or IGA implementation, delivered rather than staffed. If the gap is that nobody wants to run it afterwards, that is managed IAM services. And if your team has the people but not the platform knowledge, that is IAM training and support. Saying which is which costs a placement occasionally and earns the ones that fit.

FAQs

Common questions

Five to ten business days from brief, because the vetting is the part that takes time and we do not skip it.

A hands-on lab on the platform they would work on, and a scenario interview with an engineer who delivers that platform. Not a phone screen against a keyword list.

All three. Most engagements start on contract and convert when both sides are sure. Direct hire is for permanent placements, from IAM architects to PAM and IGA engineers.

Yes — see technology staffing for software, cloud, security, data and infrastructure roles, screened by recruiters with technical backgrounds.

Send the brief. A shortlist comes back in five to ten business days, vetted on the platform they will work on.
