Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, expertise in web services and JDBC connectors, and strong proficiency in designing and optimizing workflows. Exceptional coding skills in Java, Velocity, and PowerShell scripting are essential for success in this role. The candidate should bring at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions, ensuring robust and secure identity management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityNow solutions tailored to business needs.
- Configure and integrate web services and JDBC connectors for seamless system interoperability.
- Develop, customize, and optimize SailPoint workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Write and maintain high-quality Java code, utilizing Velocity templates for custom provisioning policies and scripts.
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and integration with external systems.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable identity governance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations in identity management implementations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow or other identity governance solutions.
- Expertise in configuring and managing web services and JDBC connectors.
- Proficiency in creating and managing workflows within the SailPoint ecosystem.
- Strong coding skills in Java, Velocity, and PowerShell scripting.
- Solid understanding of identity governance concepts, such as user provisioning, role management, and access certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based IGA solutions.
- Knowledge of additional scripting or programming languages.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to identity governance.
