Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CyberArk Engineer to lead our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives using CyberArk solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing CyberArk environments to ensure the security and integrity of privileged accounts. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and compliance, to safeguard the organization’s critical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of CyberArk solutions, including the Privileged Account Security (PAS) suite, Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Integration: Integrate CyberArk with various systems, applications, and tools to ensure seamless access management across the enterprise.
- Policy Development: Define and implement security policies and best practices for privileged access management, including account lifecycle management, credential rotation, and session monitoring.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance and security of CyberArk environments, providing regular status updates and reports to management.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Lead the investigation and resolution of complex CyberArk issues, providing Tier 3 support to internal teams.
- Automation: Develop automation scripts to improve the efficiency and security of CyberArk operations.
- Collaboration: Work with security architects, system administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize CyberArk solutions and align them with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all CyberArk operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk implementation, management, and support.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of CyberArk PAS, EPV, PSM, and other related components.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar for automation.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
- Experience with integration of CyberArk with SIEM, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and other enterprise tools.
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols such as SSL, SSH, and Kerberos.
- Certifications: CyberArk certification (CyberArk CDE or Guardian) is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
